Pulse doesn't remember settings in system-wide mode

This is the image I get to see every time I boot my computer. Every time I have to select the default device (DSP56361 in my case), and then set the hardware profile to Surround 5.1 (from Stereo, which seems to be the default). Pulse in system-wide mode does not remember these settings.
