padevchooser doesn't maintain device list correctly after suspend/hibernate

padevchooser will show multiple copies of my hostname after a hibernate/resume cycle, as well as at other times when I have to restart PA. It doesn't seem to cull or merge entries in the list.

padevchooser has been unsupported for many years now. We won't take any bugs/patches for it, so closed as wontfix.
