wish: CLI parameter for pavucontrol (default tab)

It may be helpful to let the user set which tab should be displayed when pavucontrol starts.

example, where current policy fails to be useful: trying to find out, whether application makes a noise or not. In such case I open pavucontrol and then do the action that might trigger (annoying) sound effect. By default (if there are no output streams) I get to "output devices" tab..

I would appreciate if there was a simple "tab" command line argument.. thanks
