daemon needs to take the dbus name first, then return in the forking parent.

right now, we first return, then take the name. the order needs to be reversed.

Reopening as this patch was only applied on stable queue and no longer applies to master with the reworked dbus logic.

It's the only patch that I didn't apply from stable-queue to master.
