need to support cards which have 1 audio and 1 modem pcm

Description

we need to properly ignore modem pcms, but not the entire cards they are in:

also, we need to check udev's SOUND_CLASS not SOUND_FORM_FACTOR env var for modems.

The CLASS/FORM_FACTOR issue is fixed btw.
