USB Soundcard E-MU 0202 USB no longer works on PulseAudio 0.9.15

I'v been using PA for my soundcard for a long time because ALSA is lacking software mixing for this card. And It was working well except of often crashes of pulseaudiou when I have unplugged my soundcard. I have updated my Debian Lenny to Sid and also updated PA from 0.9.10 to 0.9.15 and it has broken my sound. My E-MU 0202 USB doesn't work now it is displayed in pulseaudio manager, streams are on correct Sinks, but it plays no sound at all. But when I kill pulseaudio and use direct ALSA output it's working OK.. So I think thaht this is PA issue.

This bug report is not very helpful.

Please provide the output of "pulseaudio -vvvvv" on your machine (run pulseaudio -k first). This will give us a few hint what might be going wrong.
