SB Live 5.1 PulseAudio Stereo Sound Not Using Subwoofer.

Description

Hi everyone.

I have an odd problem with PulseAudio (Ubuntu Jaunty and Fedora 10)

Every stereo sound is being played on 5 channels (C, FR, FL, SR, SL) except subwoofer.

Oddly enough listening to a Online Web AM Radio broadcasting in mono, all speakers works as expected.

5.1 sound files are working better than ever, with a perhaps too low central channel

I may also add that before upgrading to jaunty and later on to Fedora 10, all channels used to work.

My hardware:

0 [Live ]: EMU10K1 - SB Live 5.1

SB Live 5.1 (rev.7, serial:0x80641102) at 0xb000, irq 17

Software:

Name : pulseaudio Arch. : x86_64 Version : 0.9.13 Launch : 6.fc10

Anyone can shed a light into this issue?

We don't synthesize an LFE signal anymore unless you set disable-lfe-remixing to "no" in daemon.conf.
