Transition mplayer from polypaudio to pulseaudio

Description

MPlayer just released version 1.0rc1 (after three years of 1.0pre releases :). The source code currently compiles only with polypaudio, not pulseaudio. Maybe this can be fixed just by sedding around.

There's a patch available here. It doesn't apply cleanly to MPlayer-1.0rc1, though. I'll attach an updated patch that does. HTH!

PulseAudio support is included in the current SVN version of MPlayer. Bug is fixed for me.

Closing since upstream MPlayer now has native PA support.
