system.pa still loads module-volume-restore

Description

The changelog for 0.9.12 says that module-stream-restore replaces module-volume-restore, but the config file system.pa still loads the latter. Is this an error or intentional? 

    33	### Automatically restore the volume of playback streams
    34	load-module module-volume-restore
