I play music with rythmbox/banshee and use minimum cpu. and bad sound.

Come on, this is not very helpful. Please elaborate in what way your sound is "bad"?

Drop-outs? If so, please increase your buffer size of the sound drivers, increase HZ, use a CONFIG_PREEMPT kernel.
